Investment Process

We tailor our process to each opportunity, understanding that each investment is unique. 

 

After several discussions and meetings with management, an independent private equity sponsor, or a commercial real estate sponsor, Trinity begins an intensive due diligence process that includes financial modeling, capital structuring, conversations with industry experts and advisory partners, and research on underlying investment factors.

 

Upon a signed letter of intent or term sheet, we send an executive summary of the offering to our expansive investor base. This document provides an overview of the investment opportunity for investors to review and assess interest.

NEW DEAL TIMELINE

  • Receive the Executive Summary via email

  • Review and indicate your interest by clicking the link provided in the body of the email and submitting your response

  • Subscription Packages are released to investors who indicate their interest

New Deal Timeline - Step 1
  • Receive the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and Subscription Package via email (typically a week or so after the Executive Summary release date)

  • Click the blue box linked in the body of the email to complete the form for your requested investment amount. This will register your commitment to the offering

  • For further instructions on how to complete a subscription, click here

New Deal Timeline - Step 2
  • Receive an email with your allocation and funding instructions (typically a few days following the subscription deadline)

  • Submit funds via wire or ACH by the funding deadline

  • You will receive email confirmation once funds are received

Trinity hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including asset tours, happy hours, and a summer celebration. Trinity's Annual Investor Event, held every January, offers investors a day of presentations, panel discussions, and a Year in Review with Trinity leadership.
