*The Performance Services division of ACA Group (ACA) has issued an independent certification for Trinity’s fully realized real estate investment equity performance for the period of February 1, 2010, through September 30, 2022, certifying an average historic return of a 23.78% IRR and a 1.88x cash-on-cash (CoC) multiple gross of asset management fees. Because Trinity does not charge an asset management fee, the firm's net returns are also an IRR of 23.78% and a CoC of 1.88x.
