We work with experienced real estate developers in both new construction and in value-add/rehabilitation projects. In rare instances, we may invest in core real estate assets.
After discussions with the developer, we will prepare a detailed financial model to aid in pricing and structure. Once we have agreed upon the terms, we will begin an extensive due diligence process.
As soon as we begin due diligence, we prepare an executive summary of the business and begin sharing information about the project and the investment with our investors.
