In January of 2016, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with CAF Capital Partners to recapitalize and improve the Ranch at Ridgeview apartment community in Plano, TX. Ranch at Ridgeview is a 288-unit, garden-style multifamily community constructed in 1998. The sale of Ranch at Ridgeview closed on September 5th, 2018, resulting in an investor IRR of approximately 26.6% and a cash-on-cash multiple of roughly 170%.
