In November 2020, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with GVA Management on the acquisition and renovation of Corpus 5, a 614-unit, five asset multifamily portfolio in Corpus Christi, Texas.
In December 2021, the partnership sold Ocean Palms, a multifamily community in the portfolio. The sale allowed a return of all mezzanine capital and a small portion of equity capital.
