Based in Rock City, Illinois, Devansoy a dominant player in the third-party production of oat, soy, and pea protein bases used in dairy-alternative products for national producers. Dairy-alternatives have seen significant tailwinds driven by secular trends amongst consumers who are making more health-conscious choices, demanding natural/organic ingredients, and are increasingly aware of the downsides of traditional dairy products. Devansoy has been successful in capturing rising demand for these products and is able to quickly adapt to new consumer preferences.
