Trinity, along with our development partner, Urban Genesis (UG), are pleased to announce the recent sale of The Poet and The Carpenter, two newly built apartments in the thriving Bishop Arts submarket of Dallas. Trinity and UG purchased the land in late 2019 and began leasing the newly constructed buildings in mid-2022.
“The successful sale of these assets furthers our conviction in building amenity-light apartments in desirable urban locations. There’s a clear demand for quality housing offered at affordable price points in thriving neighborhoods. Despite volatile materials pricing during construction and the turbulent capital markets today, the basis and quick lease-up allowed us to deliver strong returns to our investors,” says Senior Associate Kevin Carringer.
