In December 2017, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Urban Genesis for the third time to fund pre-development of three multifamily communities totaling almost 400 units in Austin, Texas. The Austin Highline properties will be located along Austin’s light rail corridor. Trinity contributed $3.7 million of equity capital.
In March 2021, the partnership sold South Shore, one of the three assets in the portfolio.
