Trinity Investors partnered for the second time with Trammell Crow Residential for the development of Allora River Ridge, a 330-unit multifamily community in River Ridge, Florida. Trinity provided $34.591 million of junior capital for the Project.
Allora River Ridge will have identical floorplans and building layouts as the previous Trinity Investors and Trammell Crow Residential partnership, Allora Friendswood (pictured above), which was developed and sold in 17 months, producing very high investor returns.
