Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with MedCore Partners to acquire and lease-up Holi Senior Living and The Wentworth at Draper, a 182-bed senior living portfolio in Hillsboro, Oregon and Draper, Utah. Trinity provided $8.550 million of equity capital for the transaction.
