Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Proveer Senior Living to acquire and lease-up Proveer at Grande View, Proveer at South Shore, and Proveer at Quail Creek, a 290-bed senior living portfolio in in Birmingham, AL, League City, TX, and Oklahoma City, OK. Trinity provided $12.750 million of equity capital for the transaction.
