Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with MedCore for the development of four (4) 30-bed inpatient physical rehabilitation facilities in Avondale, AZ, Harker Heights, TX, Mansfield, TX, and Waxahachie, TX. Upon completion, the facilities will be 100% occupied by ClearSky Health. Trinity provided $15.575 million of junior capital for the transaction.
