TRINITY FUNDS ACQUISITION AND RENOVATION OF TWO SEPARATE OFFICE BUILDINGS IN NORTH DALLAS


Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Reserve Capital Partners to fund the acquisition, renovation and lease up of two separate office buildings in North Dallas. Danari Office Park (shown at left) is a 3-building, 111,268-square foot office park located at the corner of Belt Line Road and Preston Road in the Far North Dallas submarket. Hidden Grove (shown at right) is a 232,389-square foot, Class B+ office building in the Park Central District area of Dallas. Trinity provided roughly $12.2 million of capital for the transaction.
