TRINITY FUNDS ACQUISITION OF OFFICE BUILDING NEAR DFW AIRPORT


Trinity Investors partnered with Fort Capital to acquire a 134,792 square foot two-building Class B office asset that is less than four miles south of DFW International Airport. Trinity provided $5.000 million of junior capital for the acquisition of the property.
