Trinity Investors partnered for the third time with Reserve Capital Partners (“RCP”) for the development of two Class A Industrial Facilities totaling roughly 425,000 square feet in Garland, TX and Hutchins, TX. Trinity provided $15.000 million of junior capital for the Project.
The Marquis Logistics Center will be a 195,000 square foot Class A industrial facility located in Garland, TX.
The I-45 Logistics Center will be a 230,000 square foot Class A industrial facility located in Hutchins, TX.
