Simon Hartzell is a Financial Representative for TPEG Securities, LLC

 

Simon serves as Vice President – Portfolio Manager of Commercial Real Estate at Trinity. Prior to joining Trinity, Simon worked for a division of C-III Capital Partners, NAI Global, where Simon led the development of the firm’s global commercial real estate advisory platform and network.  Within five years Simon grew the organization’s recurring revenue by adding over 90 new NAI advisory firms with 100 offices on five continents.  Simon also worked closely with many owners and users of real estate to assist those clients with their capital market needs and the repositioning of commercial real estate assets either for direct use or developing specific investment strategies.

 

Simon brings a diverse background in multiple real estate disciplines (finance, capital markets, development and advisory), along with the persistence to continuously grow relationships within the real estate industry.  Outside of Trinity Simon’s passion is to enjoy the outdoors, engage in group fitness activities (e.g. – cycling, triathlons, etc.), a foodie and traveling the world.

  • Investor must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident

  • Investor must meet the minimum investment amount for each investment opportunity (typically $75,000 - $100,000)
