The Redneck Heaven restaurant and bar concept that began in this building has since expanded to three locations in the DFW area. Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) owned this building for two years and sold it to the restaurant owner in June 2013. Trinity subordinated debt investors received a 10.2% pre-tax IRR and a 120% cash-on-cash return and Trinity equity investors received an 18% pre-tax IRR and a 137% cash-on-cash return over the two year investment period.
