In September 2014, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with IREG and Southbay Partners to develop a 230-unit independent living building and a 122-bed assisted living building in the Dominion master planned development, 19 miles northwest of downtown San Antonio, Texas. The sale of the property closed in April 2019.
Trinity investors realized an IRR of 13.5% and a cash-on-cash return of 1.75x over the 55-month investment period.
