In April 2012, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Integrated Real Estate Group to develop Enclave at Hometown, a 260-unit, luxury multifamily community in North Richland Hills, Texas. In September 2018, the partnership closed on the sale of the property.
