Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) sold the Hilton Hotel in College Station, Texas for $46 million. Trinity purchased the hotel for $30 million in 2010. Trinity equity investors realized a pre-tax IRR of 28% and a 242% cash-on-cash return over the life of the investment.
