In September 2013, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Bridgeview Real Estate to develop 27TwentySeven, an apartment community in Dallas, Texas. In October 2017, the sale of the property closed. Trinity investors realized an internal rate of return (“IRR”) of 25.1% and a cash-on-cash return of 246.5%.
