Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Urban Genesis in 2016 to develop, build, and operate Bishop Highline, a multifamily community of 118 units in Bishop Arts District of Dallas, Texas. In November 2017, TPEG and Urban Genesis added a second phase that increased the community to 256 units.
TPEG and Urban Genesis partnered again to fund the development of Bishop Phase III. This phase of the Bishop Highline series will develop two apartment communities (76 and 79 units) in the immediate vicinity of Phases I/II. Trinity provided $7.635 million of capital for the transaction.
