Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Urban Genesis to fund the predevelopment of a multifamily and townhome community in the Pearl District of San Antonio, Texas. Trinity provided $3.250 million of equity capital to fund the predevelopment activities for a 61-unit apartment community (“Elmira Highline”) and 58 for-rent townhomes within walking distance of The Pearl District in San Antonio.
