Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Seneca Investments for the purpose of developing a 286-unit multifamily community near Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas. This investment, which represents Trinity’s 6th partnership with Seneca or a related entity, will be part of a 22-acre mixed-use development called Hub 121 – a name which stems from the high-traffic, high-visibility location on State Highway 121.
