Trinity partnered with Urban Genesis to develop three multifamily communities total 409 units in Fort Worth, Texas. Magnolia Highline will consist of 102 units, Summit Highline will consist of 135 units, and Trinity Highline will consist of 172 units. Trinity raised $3.700 of predevelopment capital in 2020, all of which will roll into the development round as equity capital. Trinity provided an additional $21.935 million of junior capital to fund the development of the three apartment communities.
