Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Integrated Real Estate Group to fund the development of an independent living facility on the border of The Woodlands, a master-planned community north of Houston, Texas. Trinity provided $10.875 million of capital for the transaction, which closed during March of 2018.
