Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Fort Capital to acquire the Fossil Creek Business Park in Fort Worth, Texas, located at 3201 NE Loop 820 near the intersection of I-35 and I-820. The project consists of 184,527 sqft. of light industrial and office/flex space on 14.3 acres. The acquisition, which required $4.450 million of Trinity capital, closed on 1/24/2019.
