In December 2013, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Lowen Hospitality to develop three limited-service hotels in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The project included a Springhill Suites (Marriott) in Lewisville, a Courtyard by Marriott in Carrollton, and a Hilton Garden Inn in Arlington. In November 2021, the partnership's ownership interest in the portfolio was sold.
