June 2016: Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Urban Genesis to develop a 118-unit multifamily community in the Bishop Arts District of Dallas, Texas. Phase I of the Bishop Highline series was completed/leased-up on schedule and then sold ahead of underwriting in February of 2020.
