Jay Fuquay is a Financial Representative for TPEG Securities, LLC

 

Jay is Executive Vice President at Trinity and is responsible for deal sourcing, deal execution, financial modeling, due diligence, portfolio company oversight, and investor relations. He is also a board director or observer at several Trinity portfolio companies.

 

Prior to Trinity, Jay was a senior associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ advisory practice, and also worked as an analyst at Ally Financial.

 

​Jay graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of business administration (BBA) in management information systems, and he earned a master of business administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University. While at UT-Austin, Jay was a member of the track and field team. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and sits on the board of the Dallas chapter of the Texas Exes.

​Jay lives in Dallas with his wife Vanessa and daughter Manning.
