Doug Gunn is a Financial Representative for TPEG Securities, LLC

 

Doug serves as a Strategic Partner at Trinity, with a focus on real estate. Doug has 35 years of experience in real estate private equity, including ten years as a portfolio manager in the private equity real estate division of Goldman Sachs, where he oversaw $4 billion in real estate and operating company positions in the firm’s funds. Doug held similar positions at the Caroline Hunt Trust Estate and Lincoln Property Company after beginning his career in 1981 at First National Bank in Dallas. 

Doug continues to serve as managing partner at Corinthian Apartment Investments, an apartment investment management and property management company he founded in 2004. Corinthian's primary client is Guggenheim Real Estate Fund.  Corinthian was the sponsor of a successful Trinity real estate investment offering that was acquired in 2010 and sold in 2015.

Doug received his BS in finance from Miami University and his MBA from Indiana University. Doug lives in Dallas, where he and his wife have raised four children.

  • Investor must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident

  • Investor must meet the minimum investment amount for each investment opportunity (typically $75,000 - $100,000)

  • Investor must be an Accredited Investor
