In April 2014, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with The Presidium Group to acquire and rehabilitate a 442-unit garden-style apartment community south of White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas. Known as the Villas at White Rock at the time of purchase, the property was renamed to Villas at Tenison Park.
In November 2017, the partnership successfully closed on the sale of the property. Trinity investors realized a pre-tax internal rate of return (“IRR”) of approximately 28.0% and a pre-tax cash-on-cash return of approximately 166.8% over the 44+ month investment period.
