In October 2017, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital, LLC for the purpose of acquiring and renovating two garden-style, multifamily communities in Houston, Texas. Village at Uvalde (shown at left) is a 446-unit property built in 1978. Avalon at Royal Oaks (shown at right), also constructed in 1978, consists of 436-units. Trinity provided $16.5 million of capital for the project. In November 2021, the partnership closed on the sale of both properties.
