In November 2013, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with The PPA Group to acquire and renovate Tierra Bella Apartments, a multifamily community located in Austin, Texas. Trinity equity investors had invested $3.68 million of preferred equity and realized a pre-tax IRR of 22% and a 176% cash-on-cash return.
