In June 2018, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Urban Genesis for the fourth time to convert a hotel into a 200-unit multifamily community in the Texas Medical Center District of Houston, Texas. In September 2021, the partnership closed on the sale of the transaction.
