In March 2015, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital to purchase and renovate Aventerra (renamed The Residence at Midtown), a multifamily community located in Dallas, Texas. In September 2016, the partnership successfully closed on the sale of the property. Trinity equity investors realized a pre-tax IRR of 38% and a 169% cash-on-cash return.
