In December 2016, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with NAPA to acquire and renovate Pleasant Creek Apartments, a 159-unit multifamily community in Lancaster, Texas. The sale of the property closed in January 2019. Trinity investors realized an IRR of 25.6% and a cash-on-cash return of 1.56x over the 25-month investment period.
