In October 2014, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with PPA Group to purchase the 208-unit Midcrown apartments in San Antonio, Texas. The sale of the property closed on September 13, 2019. Trinity investors realized an internal rate of return (“IRR”) of 12.80% and a cash-on-cash return of 1.76x over the 59-month investment period.
