In May 2010, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Atlas Properties to acquire and improve 27 of the 34 condos at Liberty Lofts in the Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City, Missouri. The sale of the property closed in April 2019. Trinity investors realized an IRR of 7.4% and a cash-on-cash return of 1.68x over the 107-month investment period.
