In August 2014, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital to acquire and renovate Hamilton Villas (since renamed Pointe on Calloway), a 214-unit multifamily community located in Hurst, Texas. In June 2018, the partnership successfully closed on the sale of the property. Trinity investors realized an IRR of 39.9% and a cash on cash return of 256.0% over the 46 month investment period upon sale. TPEG and S2 expect one additional distribution that will push the final IRR to approximately 40.8% and final cash on cash return to 262.2%.
