In June 2014, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Bridgeview Real Estate to acquire and renovate two multifamily communities in the Champions area of Northwest Houston. The sale of the property closed in March 2019. Trinity investors realized an IRR of 11.5% and a cash-on-cash return of 1.64x over the 57-month investment period.
