Trinity Investors partnered with Akoya Capital Partners for the fourth time to acquire an industrial packaging products and services company, WePackItAll. By acquiring WePackItAll, Akoya is commencing an acquisition strategy to create an industry leading industrial packaging products and services platform, specializing in contract primary and secondary packaging, filling, fulfillment, and warehousing services.
Akoya’s team, which includes Managing Director Cedric Shaw, has deep industry experience, subject matter expertise and a proven history of success in the food & beverage & contract packaging industries. Mr. Shaw will serve as the Executive Chair on the Board of Directors and be responsible for implementing the VCP and leading the acquisition strategy. WePackItAll has a seasoned and cohesive in-place management team that has been with the company for 15+ years and holds extensive contract packaging services industry experience.
