Trinity Investors partnered for the 27th time with S2 Capital to acquire and renovate a three-asset multifamily portfolio in north Dallas, Texas. The three subject properties were Neo Midtown apartments, Brixton Apartments, and Bel Air Willow Bend Apartments, located in north Dallas and Plano near the highly trafficked Dallas North Tollway. In total, the portfolio consists of 774 units with vintages ranging from 1984-1997.
Trinity raised $1.500 million of mezzanine note capital for the subject investment, which was supplemented by $44.746 million of 1031 sales proceeds from two previous partnerships between S2 and Trinity that sold in 2021.
