Trinity provided $7.512 million of new capital and $2.963 million of 1031 sales proceeds from a previous partnership between S2 and Trinity that was recently exited.
Woods Edge
Trinity provided $10.691 million of new capital and $4.216 million of 1031 sales proceeds from a previous partnership between S2 and Trinity that was recently exited.
