Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with GVA Management for the seventh time to acquire and renovate The Falls on Bull Creek Apartments. The Falls on Bull Creek is a 1983-vintage, 344-unit garden-style apartment community located in Austin, Texas. Trinity provided $14.413 million of junior capital for the acquisition of the Property.
