Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with GVA Management to acquire and renovate Crossings at East Nashville and Crossings at Madison. Crossings at East Nashville is a 1973-vintage, 158-unit garden-style apartment community and Crossings at Madison is a 1978-vintage, 112-unit garden-style apartment community. Trinity provided $10.420 million in equity capital for the transaction of the portfolio.
