Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) has partnered with Everwood Hospitality Partners to fund the acquisition and renovation of a 263-key Sheraton Suites in Fort Lauderdale-Plantation, Florida. TPEG provided roughly $11.0 million of capital for the transaction, which closed in January of 2018.
