In September 2016, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Integrity Group and Cross Timbers Development to develop a community of age-restricted, single family homes in Highland Village, Texas. In April 2021, the partnership's final distribution to equity investors was made.
