Trinity Investors partnered for the eleventh time with Fort Capital to acquire a light industrial portfolio totaling 262,058 square feet and consisting of five buildings across three properties located in Houston’s Northwest and West submarkets. Trinity provided ~7.65 MM in junior capital to the Project.
Trinity and Fort Capital closed on three other portfolios of Class B industrial assets positioned in similar Houston submarkets between August 2022 and February 2023. The acquisition of the NW Houston Industrial Portfolio represents a continuation of the partnership’s belief in the value of owning Class B industrial space in Houston, Texas.
