Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) completed a fourth round of equity funding totaling $3.15 million for its portfolio company, Freedom Powersports. This equity will provide extra working capital for the company and will help fund the purchase and improvement of real estate. Trinity has now invested $9.73 million of equity capital in Freedom and has helped the company grow from two locations and $15 million in annual revenue to 14 locations and over $120 million of annual revenue. Trinity believes in continually funding management teams that perform well.
